Dear Tullamore,

I saw you last weekend at Peoria's "Erin Feis" and enjoyed your music. I was travelling with Rig The Jig from Ireland and also did a workshop on 'Developments in Traditional Irish Music' at the Cultural Tent on Saturday evening last from 4.45-5.30 before the bodhran workshop.

I missed the chance to meet you but did hear a song or two and liked it - I have mentioned you in my review for Irish Music Magazine.

Could you please send me 2 copies of your "Timber and Stream" CD along with any new recordings you plan for playing on my radio show here called "Regan's Rambles" on Radio Galtee on Sunday nights from 7.30-9.30pm. My adress is:

John O'Regan
32 Singland Crescent

I look forward to hearing from you and playing your music on air.

Best wishes

Hello. I was wondering (and try to check occasionally) when you were coming out with a new CD album. I have your "Timber & Stream" CD that I got when Tullamore was performing at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival several years back (members then were Mark Clavey, Mary Hanover, & Sonya Baughman). I also keep checking to see when/if you're scheduled there again each year but haven't seen your listing there. If ever you are, I'll be sure to go see you again in person. :-)
Thanks again,
Douglas Horton

Hi. I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed seeing you in Muskogee and how much we miss you. E and the rest of the Bilge Pumps miss you too. The Faire is just not the same without you all. I enjoyed meeting Rachel(who also has a lovely voice) and I enjoyed Tara's violin, as it rounds out your beautiful sounds so nicely. Of course you know that Mark and Mary are both very dear and special to us, and I hope to be able to come to see you all soon in Kansas City. Maybe Memorial Day Weekend if I can stay healthy - I was in the hospital most of last week, but am mending fairly well. Again, thank you for the pleasure you brought, and I hope next year to see you for the full run at the Castle. You are, by far,one of the finest highlights of the whole Faire. Hope to see you soon.

I saw you last year in Muskogee, then about a week ago in Norman. (Sorry about that rotten weather that came in!) In fact, I bought a CD and asked about this website address. I'm a great fan of yours. I love the music. Probably something from my Blackburn side. LOL

I'm having a party June 29th. A private party but quite a few people. I'm celebrating completion of my house. I began it almost a dozen years ago and I've never owed a dime on it. I've lost two husbands while I've worked on it. The last one, a year and a half ago in a highway accident. I've been on welfare and then lived the American Dream right here. So, it's about done and I'm having that party I have been talking about for so many years. I doubt that I can afford you but thought I would ask anyway. Life's too short for timidity. Can you give me some idea about costs? I guess you live around Kansas City and I'm around Tulsa. I look forward to hearing from you.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You for staying thru the cold and wet to help make the Norman Med Faire an enjoyable experience. I hated that the last day was cut short, but I expect to see you all in Muskogee the first weekend. Thank you, Mark, for taking the time to talk. I'll be waiting for the new CD (rather impatiently, I might add!) Hope the hot chocolate warmed you up a bit. And Rachel, thank you so very much for dancing the "Highland Macarena" :) with my girls at the Rogue's tent. They have talked about that experience constantly. It meant a lot to them all. Thanks again for your wonderful preformances. They just served to make me and my daughters even bigger fans. See you all soon!

Thanks for letting us hang around and get to know ya'll. We'll see you the first weekend at Muskogee! Can't wait for the next CD - no pressure though, we know it takes alot of time. Ya'll really need to include "Belle of Belfast City" on it... your version is beautifully arranged and really suits your range of voices. Thanks again for the pure enjoyment of our weekend.

Hi guys. Thanks for a great weekend in Edmond. I mentioned to Mary I took some pictures and would send them. You don't have an e-mail posted here, so I posted them to one of the web pages I run. You can see them here... http://www.mcpherson.com/tullamore/index.htm

I also downloaded a picture of the group from your press page, as Mike suggested. I posted it and your bio to our Scottish website here in McPherson. I tweaked your picture a little so it fit more with our format. I was going to take the dazed look out of Mary's eyes but figured, why mess with "natural beauty." :) LOL See that post here...
http://www.mcpherson.com/418/community/scot/headliners.html

Really... looking forward to your appearance here in Sept. I'll bring enough money to buy a CD next time so I don't have to sit through all three of your sets just to learn the chorus to "To the beggin' I will go..." Did I mention I'm kinda slow at learning lyrics.

Tara, I liked the fiddle music the best but don't tell Mary or Rachel. (My daughter plays fiddle. Ever heard of Eileen Ivers? Probably a relative but she's never heard of us.)

Did you ever consider the name "3 Georgous Chicks and their Guitar Player"? Might draw a larger crowd. :)

BTW, I've played guitar, for 35 years. Actually I was a band teacher and now am tech coordinator for our public district. Got my masters at KSU, down with KU. :) Had a Christian rock band in high school in 69-71 and sang a lot as a folk duo. My HS music teacher called my friend and I "the Simon and Garfunkel of the Midwest". Just shows you what a tin ear she had. The only vocal technique she ever taught was, "Sing like Robert Goulet!"

You need a bigger box on your website if people are going to continue to send so many smart-assed remarks.

If we don't know when you're playing, we can't come see ya. So get back to me and let me know, so we can try to make some plans.

Hello from Bill Moylan,

I got to hear your band for the first time last weekend at the Weston Irish Fest. And you sounded great, and a great big welcome from my band, the Jolly Tinkers, to the Kansas City area. We can't have too many Irish music groups in a city of this size. My group doesn't do (or I should say hasn't done) too much playing in smoky bars over the past 16 years. My nephew, Mike Lewis, had a third member, Patrick Jones, in our original group... however Pat and his wife moved off to California. So we are working in a new member, Neil Manning, and it's going great. I would like to get to know your band better - maybe we can all jam together someday, somewhere. If you are looking for a particular song or piece of music, give me a call if I can help, I'd be delighted - I have a good collection over the past 30 yrs. Good luck to you folks.

Bill
